Benchmark Wealth Management has been providing the greater Memphis area with financial planning, wealth management, trust services, and insurance solutions since 2000. Our services are based on a per device monthly fixed-fee model. We promise that you’ll have a predictable monthly IT spend that reduces your technology costs over time.
There is no catch. Over the years we have determined what level of network health is achievable on any given network and we know how many hours of support are needed by a network of that complexity, when it’s properly managed. We can use those ratios to predict how much support you’re likely to need once we onboard and stabilize the network. Of course, in the first several months, we will lose money because we are taking care of neglected items and pent-up IT demand. Eventually, we will get all of the bugs out of the network and move into the next phase which is maintaining and planning for the future.
We carry Business Liability, Worker’s Compensation, Errors and Omissions, and Cyber Liability. By the way, you should also have a substantive Cyber Liability policy. Our cyber insurance covers any problem we might cause. Your insurance covers any problem you or your employees might cause – like unknowingly clicking on a malicious link. Of course, we have training for your employees to help prevent this, but human error is always a possibility. Because of this, no system is ever 100% protected.

We operate 24/7/365 for critical and high impact events such as server and network outages. In these cases, a phone call is the best way to get fast support. Spend your weekends, vacations, and holidays relaxing knowing your IT is in good hands.
We provide both. Most issues can be handled remotely, but when you need us, we’ll be on-site.
No. We assign you a primary and secondary technician. So, you’ll know who’s coming to support you and our team will know you. This is part of our commitment to our partnership which is not just a vendor relationship. Of course, we have multiple staff working behind the scenes for you on our Proactive Services team. You may not know them, but they’ll know you.
12 minutes. Our Dispatch team monitors ticket submissions during regular business hours. For critical after hours requests, a call-tree is initiated to also ensure a speedy response.
Yes. While we do have minimum baseline standards for client technology, each client environment is unique. We’ll customize our solutions to meet your individual needs.
Yes. As part of our Proven Process, we’ll assess your current infrastructure and set a plan to help you achieve those standards in a cost-effective way.
We are unable to deliver the results you expect if your equipment or software is not current. So, prior to executing a service agreement with you, we will survey your network and give you a proposal to document your network and to get it to a minimum baseline that we will support. This includes an inventory of all hardware and software. You will receive a copy of this documentation for your records. We highly recommend you have this type of documentation on hand regardless of who you select for network support for your own protection.
Improving overall efficiency and productivity is paramount to our definition of success. While results will vary among our clients, these gains are part of our technical alignment, strategy development and process focus. In fact, we’ll work with you to set an initial IT health and maturity score and you’ll be able to watch that grow through our regularly scheduled Client Business Reviews.
