President & Founder
It all began with an insatiable curiosity and a drive to make the world better and more enjoyable with technology. Countless certifications and two decades in corporate IT later, Nick Gant decided he was ready for more.
He was ready for the freedom to be selective. To respond to challenges with an enthusiastic “Yes!” when others might say no. To use his knowledge to help others – not just fix their computer problems. So, in 2007, Nick founded Gant Systems.
As founder and president, Nick continues to grow and maintain Gant Systems’ reputation as one of Tennessee’s premier information technology providers. He does this by listening with an open mind to customers and employees – and surrounding himself with the best of both. His commitment to technology as community service has yielded more than $60,000 in donations to non-profits in Memphis and Nashville.
Director of Infrastructure Services
Chris Dozier’s engineering mindset helps him to understand how things work – and how to fix them when they’re broken. These skills are invaluable to our Infrastructure Services department, for which Chris oversees solution design and service delivery.
Chris has worked in infrastructure services since 1992 and met Nick while they were both working in the IT department at First Tennessee Bank. Chris’ experiences as the Business Continuity Coordinator at First Tennessee Bank and as the Senior Director of Infrastructure and Support at ALSAC / St. Jude have helped make him a great leader and problem-solver.
Chris, his wife Michelle, and their four children are active at Bellevue Baptist Church where he was ordained as a deacon in 2010.
